This is a hard to find vintage Karl Tutter figurine, which was named ‘May Dance' and was manufactured by (Lorenz) Hutschenreuther Kunstabteilung. The original sticker w/ item number (1930's barcode) is still attached: 0248001 8058. This figurine / small statue is a white glossy ceramic (Porcelain) figurine by K TUTTER as mentioned, and is depicting Three Young Girls dancing, made in Germany between 1920-1939, and is entitled "May Dance". This stunning sculpture is done in exquisite detail as shown in the attached photographs. Pay particular note to the detail in the dress folds, bodies, feet, and store overall detail. . The piece is approximately 9" tall, 9" in diameter, and is in GREAT condition with no chips, cracks, or restoration, with only the slightest signs of use as it was clearly taken care of very well.
