Simply apply velcro closure strips to top with non permanent/removable fabric glue to adjust as needed with growth. Skirt currently has snap button closure for 18mo & 3t anything in between simply close with a safety pin No Fuss No Muss Not permanent. Or if you can sew simply sew on another snap button like I did. Makes for a wonderful investment bc both top and grass skirt will get plenty of use being adjustable. Includes 2pc set of matching flower bows on clips for hair.
