This is a beautiful example of antique stoneware ceramic pottery estimated at least 75 years old. And It has been well preserved and well seasoned over the years. I remember grandmother using it to cook stews in or store serve soups from. And she would treat it with special care and pride. You couldn't replace this if you wanted too she would say. It has a beautiful artsy Deep Blue circular pattern with crazing glaze. No identification markings that I can see but appears to be a distinctive work of art.
