Vintage (pre 2000) Regina Poloniae medal or pendant. The front side reads "Regionia Poloniae" with a raised relief image of the Virgin. Raised image of "Johnannes Paulus II Pontifex Maximus" on the reverse side. Size:  .5 inches wide. Weight: Apprxoinately 2 grams.  Condition of items is very good to excellent.
