The debut novel by the author of The Goldfinch, increasingly hard to find in this first hardcover edition. Transparent jacket has some rubbing and scratches, especially around spine and around the edges. Pictorial boards are straight and clean but with corners and spine ends slightly bumped. Text block sagging a bit at top of book but hinges remain secure and binding is fairly strong on the whole.
