White House Black Market Ruffled Satin & Mesh Black Cocktail Dress 97% polyester, 3% spandex so has some stretch. Dry clean. Side zip. Stays in front and back of bodice. Back vent. Removable pin at waist. Marked size 0 but fits my size 2 mannequin nicely. The straps are adjustable and have mesh ruffles. Ruffles along the top and back. Measuring flat seam to seam it's 16" across under the arms, 13" across at the waist, 17" at the hips. The skirt is 22 1/2" long from the waist.
