This item has not been used but has been opened. After reading the manual (INSIDE THE BOX) I decided to consult a dermatologist as the instructions state to “NOT USE” if you have moles. Unfortunately, the person whom bought it as a gift around the holidays missed that before purchasing. Item is passed refunding policy. I have way to many moles that can't be avoided store. Therefore, was recommended to not use the item. This tool would be great for anyone who has clear skin or fewer moles.
