This is brand new and factory sealed. Box is in descent condition with some minor shelf wear and surface scratches. But good enough for an in box collector. This was a chase mortal kombat sub zero frozen over McFarlane 7 inch action figure and it's quite rare. Obviously we're ignoring the original price tag on the bottom as seen in photos.
