I purchased this from Etsy. It was custom made for my daughter and one of a store kind! My daughter wore it once for her second birthday. It is like new, but just needs to be ironed from storage. This dress is forgiving made to fit like a 2t but it is long and adjustable in back with the shoulder straps that cross and tie into a bow. Therefore depending on the child I feel it could fit a 3t but maybe a little shorter. My daughter has always been very tall for her age. Super great spin factor!!!!Thanks for looking!.
