Gorgeous vintage sterling silver ring with 4 roughly .5ct sapphires, 3 of excellent quality, 1 of a little lesser quality (you can tell based on the color of the stones, the darker the better quality), and 10 marcasite gems, 5 above and 5 below the sapphires. Size 6.5, stamped 925, as shown in pic 6.
