Refund policy

All cakes, cheesecakes, pies, and desserts are made to order especially for you!

Please note, we need 48-72 hours’ notice for pre-orders and 5 days’ notice for shipping orders nationwide. Holiday orders will have a different time frame.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges/Returns

Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with receipt, and the item must not be used or damaged. Days 15-30 must have a receipt for the return, if not, then a store credit will be given with a gift card of the current price of the item. No exchanges after 30 days.

Refunds

All perishable food items are made to order and are not eligible for a refund or return. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our office at 8303093980.

Please remember it can take 2-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
